- Small and Medium Enterprises – Having a yearly turnover of less than MUR100M duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Mauritius
- Self-employed or Entrepreneurs – Having a BRN (Business Registration Card) on their name
- SMEs and Self-employed must be in operation for more than 1 year with one full year of MRA return
- SMEs with common shareholders or closely related parties representing 50% or more of the shareholding shall be considered one group
- The SMEs or Self-employed shall have valid licenses to carry out their business activity at all times
- The SMEs should notify CFSL of any change in the shareholding structure
- The SMEs must not be in business activities prohibited by local laws
- The loan tenor will be for a maximum of 48 months
- The interest rate applied is fixed
- A processing fee of 2% will be applied
